Are the prices inclusive of VAT? And will I be charged?

The price's displayed are exclusive of VAT and VAT at a rate of 20% is added at the checkout, You will be informed how much VAT is added to your bill in the summary section of the checkout process before you pay.

All products are liable for VAT at the current rate except for Safety Footwear which is VAT exempt.


Can I buy from your site if I require products for my own use?

Absolutely anyone can purchase products from our website, whether you're an individual, a sole trader or the buyer for a nationwide business.


Will payment be required upfront?

If you are shopping with us using our website then you will be required to use one of our payment gateways to pay for your products at the end of your shopping experience. We will NOT despatch your products until we have received FULL payment.


Can I set up an account with you?

A number of our customers have set up credit accounts with us, to qualify for a credit account with ourselves you will need to call us to find out if you qualify. (Qualification is subject to a credit check, Location & agreement to terms & conditions)


Where do you deliver to?

We will despatch our products anywhere within mainland Britain, Our shipping charges are calculated on this basis. If you require your goods to be despatched outside of mainland Britain then please call us for shipping prices.

 

How will my goods be despatched?

We will despatch your goods using one of our preferred delivery partners, or using our own delivery team.

 

Will I be informed of the status of my order?

Throughout your order process you will receive automated e-mails every time your order status is amended, our sales team will endeavour to keep you up-to-date with your order progress and if there are any issues we will contact you ASAP.


How long will I have to wait?

We aim to despatch your order within 1 working day of receiving your order (Subject to stock availability) Where this is not possible our aim is to deliver your order within 3/5 working days. If your order will take longer than this then we will contact you to keep you up-to-date.

 

Can I collect my order from you?

Of course you can, we have a trade counter/showroom and welcome you to pop-in to collect your order. If you wish to collect your order you MUST place your order BEFORE 12 noon on the day to be collected, It is strongly advised that you contact us BEFORE coming to collect your order to ensure that we have all of your order available.


I ordered the wrong item, what should I do?

If you have ordered the wrong item then you should contact us IMMEDIATELY via telephone so we can work together to resolve the issue. Please consult our Terms & Conditions


I'm having trouble with my welding set I ordered from you, what should I do?

If you we have supplied it to you within the last 12 months then please call us to find out your options regarding the products warranty and our repair procedures. If it is outside of the 12 month period then call us and we can discuss our repair packages with you.

Any cost incurred for sending your equipment to us when it is outside of the warranty period will be incurred by you.

We will not supply you with substitute equipment during the period.

 

Are the products online all you have?

Certainly not, we feel that we have put a fantastic selection of products online for you to choose from. If however you need something online that isn't on the site please get in touch and we will do our best to source it for you.


I have an old set that I’m replacing with the new one I’m buying from you, What should I do with it?

If you're replacing an old set with a new one and we are supplying the new one to you then get in touch with us and we will assess how much your old set is worth and where possible you will be able to part-exchange it for your new one! Please call us in advance to placing your order regarding a possible part-exchange (Will not be available on every set discussed).
